All consultations cost $49.99 per visit unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be completed before prescriptions, requisitions, or medical documents are released.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and truthful information during consultations.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may affect the quality of medical care and may result in refusal of service.

Treedi reserves the right to limit or deny access to the platform if misuse is suspected.

Limitation of Liability

Medical decisions are based on the information provided during consultations. Treedi cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes.

Medical Disclaimer

Treedi provides medical consultations intended for non-emergency healthcare services.

Medical advice provided through Treedi is based on the information supplied during the consultation.

Healthcare professionals may decline treatment if a condition cannot be safely assessed through telemedicine.

If you experience severe symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or loss of consciousness, you must seek immediate medical attention by calling 911 or visiting the nearest emergency department.

Before that point, information submitted through the platform is considered pre-consultation intake information.

Treedi may decline consultations that are not appropriate for telemedicine.

No Guarantee of Prescription

Payment for a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Healthcare professionals determine appropriate treatment based on clinical judgment and the information provided during the consultation.

A physician may determine that:

  • An in-person evaluation is required
